1. Money-back guarantee
If AnswerKite does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within [14] days of your first purchase of a plan. Email [email protected] with your order number and, if possible, a short note about what did not work – it helps us improve. No other conditions.
2. Renewals
- Automatic yearly renewals: we email you before each renewal. If you forgot to cancel, ask for a refund within [14] days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided you have not [activated the license on a new site] since the renewal. You can cancel future renewals at any time in My account ▸ Subscriptions.
- Manual renewals: the same [14]-day window applies from the date you renewed.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; the license keeps working until the end of the period already paid.
3. Defects we cannot fix
If the Software does not work as described and our support team cannot fix the problem or offer a reasonable workaround within a reasonable time, we will refund the current license period, even after the guarantee period.
4. When refunds are not available
- Requests made after the periods above (unless required by law or section 3 applies).
- Problems caused by your AI provider account (for example missing credit or limits on your OpenAI account), your hosting, or third-party themes and plugins that we are not able to support.
- Licenses that were deactivated because of a breach of our Terms of Service, such as sharing or publishing a license key.
- Costs charged by your AI provider (for example OpenAI usage) – these are billed by the provider, not by us.
5. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and services supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to this. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to your license key and download, and that you understand you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Our voluntary money-back guarantee in section 1 still applies.

6. What happens after a refund
When we refund a purchase, the related license key is deactivated and the AI chat stops working on the websites using it. Any automatic renewal is cancelled. Refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank or payment provider it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
7. Purchases on CodeCanyon / Envato
If you bought AnswerKite on CodeCanyon, refunds are handled by Envato under the Envato refund policy. Please request it through your Envato account.
8. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number (from your confirmation email or My account ▸ Orders) and the email address used for the purchase. We reply within [2] business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
