Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10/04/2026

This Cookie Policy explains how answerkite.com uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage). It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. Our approach

We only use cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to run our shop and the features you ask for: the cart and checkout, signing in to your account, secure payments and the chat. We do not use advertising cookies, and [we do not use analytics cookies / we use [ANALYTICS TOOL] only with your consent]. Because strictly necessary cookies do not need consent under EU and UK rules, we do not show a cookie banner. [If you add analytics or marketing tools, you will need a consent banner.]

3. Fonts

[If Google Fonts is enabled in the theme: “Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To do so, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google does not set cookies for this.” – Recommended instead: turn off Google Fonts in Appearance ▸ Customize ▸ AnswerKite Store ▸ Brand & colours, then replace this paragraph with: “Our fonts are loaded from our own server; no third party is contacted.”]

4. Payment providers’ own cookies

Stripe and PayPal set cookies under their own responsibility to secure payments. See the Stripe Cookie Policy and the PayPal cookie statement.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, the cart, checkout, sign-in or payment may not work. You can clear the chat’s local storage by clicking “New chat” in the chat window or by clearing your browser data for answerkite.com.
